He holds a Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley School of Law and a FinTech Certificate from Arizona State University. Warren previously served as general counsel to multiple Navajo Nation enterprises and has successfully closed numerous multi-million-dollar transactions. His expertise spans federal Indian law, technology, and tribal sovereignty. Warren leads the development of demonstration projects that showcase how sovereign digital infrastructure can serve Native nations.
